Let's start it off with this:
Houston Texans to hire Bill O'Brien of Penn State Nittany Lions - ESPN First name off the board. A small part of me is hoping he follows the track record of ex-Belichick coaches since we didn't get a crack at him. |

Is Mike Shanahan going to attempt to coach again next season or was this likely his waterloo? I haven't heard any news on him or Kyle....

@AdamSchefter: Former Cal coach Jeff Tedford will be Lovie Smith's OC, and Rod Marinelli will be the Bucs' defensive coordinator, ESPN is reporting.

Don't know how McDaniels could get another head coaching job after running Denver into the ground. But then again this is the Browns we're talking about.
