Whether the Fins go into the draft and select a QB in the first 2 rounds will be a good indication of how much confidence they have in Feeley/Fiedler. If I were them, I'd trade up and get Roethlisberger or Rivers.

I have a feeling SD is trying to trade down and get Rivers.

I have been saying for a little over two months now that Rivers is definately going to be gone before #10. He has been hyped up in the last two weeks as possibly surpassing Roethlisberger on most teams' draft boards. What were people watching beforehand? This guy is going to be a monster by his third year.
If I were choosing a QB in the draft, I'd have him in a dead heat with Eli Manning and several steps above Roethlisberger. |

Dolphins on verge of acquiring WR Boston. Trade for David Boston from San Diego to the Miami Dolphins could be completed by Tuesday.

that's a pretty darn good trade from Miami's point of view. I think Miami's offense would be pretty darn impressive if they can also trade up for Rivers. A rivers, r. williams, d.boston, c.chambers, and r.mcmichaels. I haven't heard yet but does anyone who watches stuff in the entire league know who the new offensive cord. is for Miami?

Joel Collier is the new offensive coordinator in Miami. He was the running backs coach for the past six years. His dad was the defensive coordinator for the Broncos for many years. He left shortly after Super Bowl XXII...gee, I wonder why?

I liked Phillip Rivers last year, and his bowl game this year was amazing. He's a great player and I wish him the best of luck (as long as it isn't the cowboys!) I just hope they don't try to change his throwing style!
