Re: Around the NFL week 1
dak missed 3 plays inside the 3, he has no touch, it's either a slant or a streak pass.

Re: Around the NFL week 1
I wouldn't, Give Kirk that much time to throw and a RB like Zeke and he would have 40 Tds.

If we had Elliott we'd be the best in the division

Re: Around the NFL week 1
We need to see what we've got in Perone. A good run game will take a lot of pressure off of Cousins and I think that's our best bet for success this season. I just don't know that he can win it for the team.

The giants don't look good at all.

Re: Around the NFL week 1
Yeah, at least Eli's performance helps put things into perspective.

Re: Around the NFL week 1
Giants have the same problem we have, can't run the ball.

Re: Around the NFL week 1
I'd trade Cousins and our 1st round pick for Dak or Wentz. Finding ways to bash them isn't going to make Cousins play more excusable.

Re: Around the NFL week 1
things that stood out from yesterday:
Defenses and sloppy offenses...Rams, Jags, Cowboys, Eagles, Green Bay and Baltimore defense looked really good. Fournette is real deal...guy looked really good and that Jag oline isn't great. Giants were worse on offense than us...Eli doesn't look good at all. Seattle offense is concerning right off the bat....their Oline isn't great. What a shit show by the Texans and Cincy at home. Im disappointed but those teams looked far far worse. Carson Palmer...stick a fork in him.

Some of those def looked good due to the Offenses they played.. Dallas lost scandrick which is a bad loss. The giants looked awful, Odell or not.. Eli looks old and done. Houston is overrated IMO, good D but not special and they have no Offense. Jets may go 0-16, prob 1-15. Wentz looked like Big bEN yesterday, dude was breaking tackles left and right. Colts are trash, Luck needs to sit all yr. Seattle will win that bad division by default but they wont go far, Russ cant carry a bad line like an elite QB (Rodgers, Brees) can. SF sucks, so much for that revamped offense. Cam cant pass, dude is so inaccurate. Overall a very boring week 1.
