Re: Favorite Places You Have Visited

We just booked a long weekend trip to New Orleans for this fall, can't wait to go back. We've already got our top places to eat/drink all planned out, lol

Re: Favorite Places You Have Visited

My favorite place was Burkittsville Maryland, where i am actually going camping this weekend.

I'm actually a big fan of the blair witch project movie. I know, laugh at me, but the atmosphere in that place at night, after watching that movie is something you have to experience yourself.

Re: Favorite Places You Have Visited

Right now I'm sitting on the third floor of our cottage over looking the ocean in Nags Head. The weather is OK and not the best but we are having a good time. What sucks is I towed the boat down here to go offshore fishing and it looks like its going to be too rough to go out this week. Oh well we have all summer to come back down and give it another try.

Re: Favorite Places You Have Visited

Being a history buff and being born in Brunswick, GA these are some of my favorite places to visit.

Savannah's River Street, Georgia's Antebellum Trail, Charleston's Battery. I would also be remiss if I didn't add Natchez, Mississippi to this list.

Having spent 5 years in the Navy on the USS Intrepid I got to see alot of the world free of charge, so to speak, and Spain was my favorite overseas country.

But having said that, to me, the good old US of A is tops in my book and the South is the Cream at the top.

P.S. Key West ain't bad either!

Thanks I think I'm gonna like it here. The Redskins have always been a team I've liked and also followed in the mid 80's thru the early 90's while in Roanoke VA. Was one of those that thought John Beck was much better than he was allowed to show on both the Fins and the Ravens. I think he will shine under Shannan, jmo of course.

Judging by your screen name, I'm guessing you're a Dolphins fan too -- which is cool. We welcome fans from other teams -- it gives a better perspective on things. We have Cowboys, Giants, Steelers, and other Dolphins fans too (and others I'm sure). If you want, you can even change your avatar to another team logo (User CP > Edit Avatar).

Welcome!

Yes I am but after Saturday nights showing I'm shaking my head over Henne and Marshall! When the Redskins #2 looks better than all of the Miami QB's its time to revaluate the game plan!

Thanks for the welcome, I'm debating on which Avatar to use. I'm a Sunny Jurgensen fan, is he avalable, I didn't see him?
