Redskins Sign Randle El

Former Steelers wide receiver Antwaan Randle El has agreed to a six-year, $31 million deal with the Washington Redskins, a source familiar with the negotiations told ESPN.com's Michael Smith. The deal includes $10 million in bonuses.

Not sure what to think. But these two things I know are true.

Goodbye Patten.

Moss
Randle-El
Lloyd
Patten
Cooley

I'd say easily the best receiving corp in the NFC..

Re: Skins Signed Randle El

If I'm Saunders I make Cooley a full time TE, and run some more 3 wide out sets.

Our wide outs could be the Posse 2.0

Re: Skins Signed Randle El

Well, when I said that they must have brought him in as insurance if the Lloyd deal feel through.... I think I'm glad is was wrong. See ya Antonio Brown, I won't miss all the kick return drama.

Patten?????????

I am so much more psyched about this than the Lloyd signing. I don't know which is going to be our #2? Will there be enough balls to go around? I hope Campbell is hitting the books hard... We're going to need him this year, no way is Brunell going to get it done all year, IMHO.

I think we need more speed at the position.

Re: Skins Signed Randle El

I think the Skins should keep Patten around. I think we've seen that you can definitely have too few receivers. I think that Patten would be a good #4, especially in 4 WR sets. That would be insane. I really hope Saunders starts putting in some gadgets like Pitt did.

Agreed!

Lets start up the "Bench Brunell thread. JC is our savior and QB. Amen."

Not hatin' on Brunell, just that with this many quality wideouts, that arm is going to get TIRED!
