The Masters
OK for you golf fans out there - pick the winner!
I think the winner will come from out of nowhere this year and I am going to take Seve Ballesteros....j/k. I think Tiger will win another jacket just because he is the best player in the field. Mickleson shot his wad this past week and its almost impossible to keep it going two weeks in a row.

Re: The Masters
It's a cop-out I know, but I can't pick against Tiger. He's just too good. And, I hate saying this, but I think his father's health situation is going to give him some serious motivation this year. I don't think the Grand Slam is out of the question at all.

Re: The Masters
I just hope that if he is winning they show more pictures of his wife and not his mom in the gallery!

Re: The Masters
I'm looking forward to the Masters this year. I think Tiger has been playing some great golf. I hope he wins, I'm a huge Tiger fan. He, Mike Weir, or I wouldn't mind seeing Chris DiMarco get over the hump and stop finishing second in Augusta.

Mickelson baby! I Hope he comes back, but part of me roots for Woods as well.

Now let me explain why I don't like him. I stated in the Lawn Care thread that I worked at a golf course. Of course that means old white guys bitching about how they don't like Tiger because he's black. The consensus among that clubhouse was that he was the best white golfer and everyone there loved him, so in turn, I hate him. I've always been a Tiger fan, so I can't like them both. |

Re: The Masters
I hate to say it, but Phil Mickelson. He flat out dominated at the BellSouth last week, and it should translate very well.
Other guys to look for, besides your Tiger/Vijay/Sergio/Retief: Arron Oberhouser Fred Funk David Toms Luke Donald Adam Scott Paddy Harrington

Re: The Masters
If you pick against Tiger you might as well burn your money. He doesn't win every week but every week he is the favorite for a reason.

Re: The Masters
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh, today is the start of yet another great weekend of golf. Nothing like sitting back on Sunday afternoon drinking a few beers and falling asleep about 3:30 waking up about 5 to catch the back nine at Augusta. Of course, other than being drunk on Sunday during REDSKIN FOOTBALL!

Re: The Masters
Mike Weir always plays well at Augusta. He's a good pick.
But with the way Mickelson ran away with last week's tournament, I have to go with him.
