Looks like a good schedule to me, although we do play a lot of away games in the first half.

Quite a few "artificial turf" games too.

Much better than last year's schedule, that was brutal.

True, but I'd love to go to a WARM home game against them. Last year was freezing like shit (not like I cared with THAT kind of score).

I like the bye. much better than last year. I don't like where the dallas games are. I don't like the order that much. I do like that at worst we will be 4-3 at bye time. I think we can end our AFC suckage with huston but we all know we suck with the AFC. we all knew the home/away games but I do like that we play some easy games on the road saving the tough ones for DC. I don't like @indi but other than that I am not complaining.

We played them at home first in '04 on Monday night -- and still lost.

We'll get a first hand account of Reggie Bush at Houston. It'll be interesting to see what Gregg Williams has in store for him. Same goes for Peyton Manning -- just line up in the 3-4 and he won't know what to do!

Re: Bye week is week 8

What's going to happen to Reggie Bush? He's going to get wrecked like all first round picks did last year that we played.

Even moreso because he's STILL running behind the TEXANS line. The same line that let David Carr nearly die.

Absolutely. I've heard many say that the Texans would be wise to trade down and get some serious help at the O-line. Otherwise, Jim Brown in his prime would have trouble getting 50 yards with their blockers.

AND I think Reggie Bush will be a bust. Please understand when I say bust, he will not become Football Jesus like people think he will. Honestly, I don't see the Texans fixing those holes until Bush's contract is up and he goes somewhere else.

Re: Bye week is week 8

I don't think the Texans are going to be as pitiful next year as they were last year. They were just awful.

That being said, that game shouldn't be that difficult.

I do think it is lame that we keep going to Tampa to play. And I HATE the turf games.

Re: Bye week is week 8

And Dallas has their bye on week 3... they will be pretty much spent by the end of the season. Don't think you'll see T.O. doing push-ups in his driveway then!
