Monk and Green are in @ 18th and 28th picks.

they passed on sammy baugh for jim brown

overall a good list though. jerry rice@16, art monk@18, marvin harrison@19, randy moss@21... i guess no one knows how to rate WRs properly. that's basically 4 HoF guys that made it to the bottom of the 1st round. elway went 27th too (go figure), but at least 2 of the 5 QB chosen ahead of him are also in the HoF.

while we all love what Baugh did for this team, it's Jim Brown. I can't believe they chose Butkus over Sanders or Lance Allworth over Ronnie Lott or Franco Harris over Kellen Winslow Sr.

yeah i know, its homerism, at the time, he may have been the best player in the league though.

and i agree on lott and winslow sr. those guys were beast. who the h*ll iss lance allworth? I bet if you took a poll of football fans, close to 100% would know lott and maybe 10% know allworth.
