Guess the Cowgirls...
Are going with the rookie as the starter. Am I missing something or are they short at the RB. Whats their depth chart look like now?

Probably better for them to let Julius Jones learn the hard way. Jones could be a heck of a runner, I don't think he'll be what Jackson/Kevin Jones will be, but he'll be good.

I think they kind of like that other kid they had last year, Avon Cason.
But with Julius Jones and Carter/Henson I can't wait to see how Keyshawn behaves this season

I hope Julius is a bigger bust than his brother.

Also, he's a big-time fumbler, so LaVar should have fun...

Parcells will either look like a genius or a complete idiot with Jones.

I think it's a wise move personally. Hambrick is nothing special, in fact he's a liability. Who's to say fresh legs won't do the trick back there? I seriously doubt that Hambrick would get any more yards than Jones in a 16 game schedule...so what is there to lose. Besides we all know what will make or break the Cowpatties is the QB position.

There is plenty of time for the Cowboys to pick up a running back after the 1 June cuts are made.
Losing Troy Hambrick is no big deal and replacing him with someone who can do as well as he did will not be a big deal either. The good news is that the Cowboys did not draft one of the really good RBs (Steven Jackson for example). |

I love it, while the Eagles have argueably helped themselves this off-season (if Owens doesn't become a distraction) the Cowboys and Giants seem to be moving in the opposite direction. Carter is not the QB of the future and Henson is a huge gamble. Me-shawn is average at best and they are relying on a rookie RB. The Giants are filing grievances because they are working too hard and pissing off their fans. They are also going with a rookie QB and if they perform as poorly as I think, they will be giving up a top five pick next year to SD. Now, if the Skins can only capitalize on this....
