Re: Taylor being sued
taylor should file a counter suit for the bozo stealing his atv and causing him mental anguish and dispair. i know its a reach, but 99% of lawsuits now a days are anyway

Re: Taylor being sued
Basically, Ryan Hill wants 15g's from Sean, because that's how much he would've gotten had he sold his atv's. Ryan Hill lost out on whatever cash he would've made selling the atv's, and now he wants Sean to pay for it.

I remember reading that Hill was arrested a few months ago because he was caught with a stolen/stripped down ATV in the back of his truck, but for some reason the case was thrown out. So apparently this is the guy's job or something.

Re: Taylor being sued
I've got a good idea for the cover of this years player guide. Sean Taylor sitting on his ATV at the fifty yard line. The caption should read. "I Dare You"

Re: Taylor being sued
It's all about the money.
This is when Taylor and all prominent athletes have to think like rich guys. Women want to have your babies -- and get paid. Men want you harm them -- and get paid. This stuff was covered at the rookie meeting Taylor missed! Next time Sean, call the cops and your lawyers. You see, theft can be legal is the lawyers do it. |

Re: Taylor being sued
He should do what Al Bundy did and sue the guy that broke into his house, attempt to rob him and sue him for hurting his fist while punching him.

Re: Taylor being sued
The small amount makes it look like he wants a quick pay day with Taylor paying to avoid it going to court. Taylor and his lawyer should tell this guy that they will see him in court. It will probably cost him more to fight it but why give in to these types of things. We have to remember there was never any evidence that this guy stole his ATV.

Re: Taylor being sued
I would bet this one never makes it through the court system. Either a settlement or a counter suit which will force the plantiff to drop their case. Either way, this is just horseshit.

Re: Taylor being sued
Yeah, I definitely see a settlement with this case. The guy will probably get a fraction of what he's asking for and be happy to get it.

Re: Taylor being sued
Man I really don't get it but your justice system is really wack... when a guy that robbes you can sue you it's pretty wack... man our own justice system doesn't work at all but you would never see some of this crazy cases you see in the US.
Man like the case fro mthe women that sued McDonalds becasue she burned her legs with the coffee while driving and offcourse driving with the coffee between her legs and sued McD because the coffee was 2 hot and the mug didn't say it and won God that was hillarious.... Or all those hillbilly public court cases you see in TV really God those are really lame.... |
