Arrington...
Do you guys want him back? He makes me sick. I'm 6'2" 290 and by no means fast, I don't think he could cover me. I have 6th grade girls in my class who probably weigh 70 lbs. who could run through him.

Re: Arrington...
Coverage was never his strength anyway.
He just hasn't been the same after that knee injury. Despite what he says and all the pissing and moaning he did, I'm not sure we'll ever see that same explosive player. |

Re: Arrington...
First off and I hate to say it but nice game. I watched and/or listened to the whole game and around the end of the game I started looking to see if Arington was even playing. I never heard his name the whole game. I missed the play but can anyone tell me what McNabb did with Pierce to get the penalty. I heard the announcers talking in the game and how he was tauting Pierce or something like that thinking the game was in hand.

Re: Arrington...
Basically McNabb walked up to the line of scrimage, faked an audible or something, but he gave too much body movement trying to draw the defense off sides. It looked like it was very intential on his part.

Re: Arrington...
Don't worry, he will have the game of his career against the skins. 4 sacks, 2 FF, 18 hurries, 2 INT's and a hit that will end Brunell's season, and a lot of fans here might thank you for that last one.

Re: Arrington...
I dont understand why everyone spends so much time on a guy thats not here. I thought you would move on and let him stink it up no matter where he went. Everyone was so grateful he left, but everyweek there is another LAVAR thread. Leave it alone. We all can have our LaVar thread after we beat the Giants (hopefully!)

Re: Arrington...
Well since LaVar spent so much time talking about it in the public, we feel obliged to return the favor. It's not like his issues with the Skins, his injury and his agents happened in a corner. He was, and still is, on the mike talking about every chance he gets. So we as fans feel some vindication in his slight demise, unfortunately.

Knowing what a stickler you have been in the past for LaVar it's neat what you have to say. The guy's gone now, and so far we've had a LaVar thread every week. This time last year we were completely littered with LaVar, LaVar, LaVar. It's worse than TO, and it's also time to let it go, we have enough problems with what we're trying to deal with on our own team without incoperating someone else's problems. |
