Heroes

Anyone watching Heroes on NBC? it looks real promising. It's dark and interesting but give NBC enough time and they are bound to fuck it up.

Re: Heroes

I watched the last 15 minutes of the first episode and thought it was worth watching again.

When is it on again?

Re: Heroes

It's on Monday nights at 9p but I think you can also catch the episodes online on nbc.com (Videos)

You can also follow along with a substory here

NBC.com - Heroes

and this is interesting:

NBC's 'Heroes' Evokes Rushdie's 'Children' - 10/1/2006 11:21:00 PM - Broadcasting & Cable

Re: Heroes

As both a TV and comic book freak (sorry ladies, I'm married), I'd say that this is grand in scope, but I'm worried they aren't really executing well yet. I hope the characters have a chance to come into their own, but they are introducing too many new faces with too much backstory, and we haven't gotten a chance to know anyone yet.

Re: Heroes

I agree Brud. I LOVE the show, but that's what turned me off to that Windfall show. WAAAY too many characters. They need to do it like Prison Break, where they develop a few characters each episode, rather than trying to fit them all in during a single one. Then move back and forth. It IS a good show though. Normally I don't like chicks with like NO fat on them, but MAN Ali Larter is banging.

Come on stop being PC, you can say "I don't like bony bitches." It's virtually acceptable to all women except the bony ones.

Re: Heroes

The show's writers must think people are stupid...coincidental my ass. I too have special powers, I see a lawsuit in their near future.

Re: Heroes

the first episode was sort of intriguing- it could have gone either way after that. but monday's second episode was off the chain... if they keep it up, this show may be something special.

the cheerleader chick was the daughter of defensive coordinator in "Remember the Titans"... she's all growed up!

Re: Heroes

Damn, this show is off the hook! Episode 3 was pretty damn good. Yeah, their whole evolution angle is complete unscientific but the rest of the story is highly entertaining.
