Philly Or Dallas?

I dont want philly to get another game up on us but i just cant bring myself to root for dallas,I wish that game was on mnf or snf,I'm surprised the nfl didnt schedule it that way, they were probably to scared of philly fan getting to tanked up before the game and doing something more stupid than usual.
I heard they were already screaming O.D,O.D.,O.D, near the end of the packers game and I heard someone say that a lot of the stores in philly were selling out of pills because the eagle fans are buying them up in mass qauntities to throw at T.O.

Mods, please make this a poll question.

Oh, please add the following to the choices:

a. e-girls
b. cow-not-quite-men
c. Meteorite to hit stadium
d. None of the above

My choice is obviously c.

We can't lose. Philly wins, Dallas loses. Dallas wins we get a game on Philly.

I live in philly now and people here are ridiculously excited and more obnoxious than ever, but also realistic and not that confident. It's pretty obvious that's it's all going to come down to the amount of pressure they can get on Bledsoe. Feebles secondary is not very good and I hate to say it, but I bet that Owens will have a big game and the Cowgirls will pull it out by a td.

it hurt me to read it. but the fact is i think it would better suit us for the eagles to win. and if we were to beat the giants everyone in the divison would be 1-1 in division play. but then again i hope they play to a tie.

Re: Philly Or Dallas?

Dallas is the better team. Philly has problems on defense that have yet to be exposed because of their easy scedule. Dallas will take away McNabb's security blanket, L.J. Smith, and he will turn the ball over. I don't think it will be that close.

Re: Philly Or Dallas?

As much as it suits us to have all 4 teams in the division at 1-1, with an Eagles win; that would still put us 2 games behind them.. assuming we win. That doesn't sound too good.

Re: Philly Or Dallas?

Here's the way I see it. The division is as close in parity as you can get, so we want all of the other teams to lose when they are down because we should expect them to win when they are at full strength. The Eagles look like they are at their weakest right now with regards to injuries to significant players. I want them to go ahead and lose now. When Dallas goes through a rough spot due to injuries (they've already had their BYE) or inevitable TO meltdown then we can root for them to lose. Same goes with the Giants.

Re: Philly Or Dallas?

The Eagles have an amazingly easy schedule.

That said, a win will help Dallas more than Philly as it is an away division game.

I'm really looking forward to this game because of the T.O. factor. As much as it pains me, I'll be rooting against T.O. and for a major riot.

A win really helps Dallas, but remember that Philly still has those 3 road divisional games in a row. That's killer.

Still, I'll be rooting for the white and blue this one, simply cause I'm sick of the Eagles winning.

Re: Philly Or Dallas?

I guess I'm in the minority here. I'm not even thinking about who wins that game. I just want to focus on the Redskins vs. Giants. Take care of our own business first.

GTRIPP0012? What? You are rooting for Dallas. Under any circumstances that's punishable by removing everything Burgundy and Gold that you own. Who cares about the Eggs right now, look at the end of their season. 3 away division games in a row. Thanks TAFKAS, only thing that matters to us right now is giving the g-strings a huge wedgie.

Hail
