Coach each position

You are all of the position coaches and there is one thing you can focus on in the offseason what will it be?

QB-Faster read progressions
RB-Ball security
WR-Route running
TE-Juggs machine! (Sorry but Cooley dropped too many passes)
OL-Blocking on screen passes
DL-PASS RUSH
LB-Shedding blocks
CB-JUGGS MACHINE, TRIPLE REPS!
S-Tackling angles
ST-PR blocking

I'm not dead but this team is dead to me...but now that McCloughan is here they may have new life!

Jay Gruden = Zorny McSpurrier
Kirk Cousins = Next Grossman

If the stories are to be believed, I don't think Cooley needs a machine to teach him how to handle jugs.

Oh, wait, you're talking about the, yeah ok. Never mind.

Anyone else notice that most of Cooley's drops came after JC became the starter? Without question he puts more velocity on the ball than Brunell. I hope Cooley is included in JC's offseason workouts with the receivers.

Re: Coach each position

Campbell's balls have too much air under them at times.

The team and coaches that stay together... play together.

QB- agreed, and much, much more...there is a lot to work on there.
RB- also agreed...except Portis.
WR- disagree...they just need practice with the QB.
TE- Disagree as well...he was coming around, and will be fine with experience.
OL- Disagree...OL was 1 of very few great things that worked.
DL- agree...where to start there? However, get a secondary and we'll see a better pass rush. Carter can't do it all.
LB- agreed, but holy smokes, this position needs to be broken down and reassembled.
CB- agreed, but needs overhaul as well. How about how to cover a wr?
S- disagree...blown assignments is the key here.
ST- agreed.
