The NFC East is about to get tougher
Well I know that the possibliity of Coughlin being fired from the Giants along with Acoursi retiring as GM may cause a lot of disruption to the Giants franchise, but if the replacement for Accoursi is who this article states our division just gets that much tougher.....

Re: The NFC East is about to get tougher
I thought the Pats already locked Pioli up with a new contract.
It would just the right time for the Giants to get him with Manning stumbling and Barber retiring. |

My guess would be Pioli's contract allows him to leave if it were a promotion and becoming a GM with complete decision making would be considered a promotion over a player personnel which his current title is at New England. |

Oh good: a coach/GM. That always works out well.

I'm I the only one that hates Shawne Merriman's guts? Reporters voting for him even moreso? How the hell does a guy who is juicing up make it to not only the pro-bowl but be selected as an all-pro? This is total BS!

He could clean the toilets, or wash jockstraps, or both.

Well that is a good sign IMHO - the last thing we need is one of the NFC East rivals getting Pioli. Bob Kraft is a smart owner - even though he is considered one of the rich, influential owners he also knows a good personelle man/GM is hard to come by these days so he makes sure to spend his money keeping a good FO intact. |

Re: The NFC East is about to get tougher
I've heard rumors of Parcells possibly leaving Dallas and taking the Giants' GM job.
