Re: F... the HOF voters!!!!
You know, it doesn't matter. And somehow, this is suppose to absolve Peter King from all his years of horendous voting.

So much for that! King will never be absolved after this BS cuz I dont care what anybody says, he wanted Irivin in first so he could shit on us. Screw Peter King.

Re: F... the HOF voters!!!!
The HOF just lost all creditibility for letting Irvin in before Monk. Drugs and loud mouths before Role Model and Humble ways. All Redskin fans should boycott the Hall of Shame.

i would really like to here the reasoning behind Irvin over Monk. they were alot alike in their games. and Monks stats are miles ahead of Irvin's

Re: F... the HOF voters!!!!
I just posted this in another thread.
************************************************** ******** Mark Schlereth (sp) (former Skin) just totally ripped the voters on ESPN for not voting Art Monk in. He said he was personally dumbfounded and called the 39 voters "clowns". He was so livid, he referred to Monk as James Arthur Monk,...hillarious! He said no wide receiver deserves to be in the Hall before Monk, Irvin included. I was suprised that he called out Irvin like that. |

Re: F... the HOF voters!!!!
Schlereth played along side of Monk. It doesn't surprise me at all he would go out on a "limb" and make this kind of statement. I would suspect we will see Joey T with a comment or two in the coming days as well.

Re: F... the HOF voters!!!!
Absolutely ridiculous. At the same time, you got to wonder whether Monk deserves to be in a Hall of Fame run by clowns who voted Irvin in first. Monk's better than that - he deserves to be in a legitimate Hall of Fame, not this joke masquerading as an honor.

Re: F... the HOF voters!!!!
I think Irvin should be there, he just shouldn't have gotten in ahead of Monk. But the voters are looking at postseason too and that's where the difference lies.

Re: F... the HOF voters!!!!
WE could go to Canton and yell Monk got screwed during Irvin's induction.
Edit: but that would be really classless...wouldnt want to snoop to Philly's level. |
