Romo Has Johnson Behind Him...Ramsey Denied Again
Yes, I was using a double entendre there
ESPN.com - NFL - Sources: Cowboys sign Vikings' Johnson to 3-year deal

Re: Romo Has Johnson Behind Him...Ramsey Denied Again
I wonder how many games Romo will be allowed to suck at before Wade pulls him in favor of Johnson? I also wonder how Brad plays against us if such an occurrence happens?

Well, if my count is right he's 2-1 vs. the Skins since they dumped him. All games were in Washington too.
You really have to wonder what Brad Johnson has left. |

I am very disapointed in Brad. I guess he will have to change out that faceplate at his parents house to a cowboy logo. I hope that we do not have to play against him. But, thanks B-rad for inflating the cowboys salery cap room with your contract.

Well this makes the second horrible signing for the Cowboys. They might as well have just kept Drew Bledsoe.

Couldn't happen to a better team! They both deserve eachother. BJ sucks. Period. I hated him when he was here!

Re: Romo Has Johnson Behind Him...Ramsey Denied Again
I don't know why people are dumping on Brad Johnson so much. After all, he does have a Super Bowl ring and none of our QBs have one yet. Heck, I would've loved to have had BJ backing up Campbell if we didn't have Brunell.

You're right, but so does Trent Dilfer! Right place, right time. Vastly overrated.

As a backup I wouldn't mind having Johnson, but his starting days are clearly over. |

Re: Romo Has Johnson Behind Him...Ramsey Denied Again
I think Brad Johnson is undervalued. He is a proven winner. He never had the rocket arm, but was a leader, made good decisions, was accurate, and good under pressure. The Skins offense was pretty good with him under center and Stephen Davis in the backfield. He loved being a Redskin, but was treated poorly, basically losing his job not due to performance, but due to Snyder wanting to play Jeff George. Imagine the stability we would've had at the position had he stayed in town. I'd take him in a heartbeat over Brunnell right now.
