Is this just a new "Dianetics" style book? I hear about this book/movie almost everyday from co-workers and other people. Anybody know much about it?

the secret is to create a get rich quick scam, then convince over people it actually works while taking their money.

If you don't have money and you want to be rich, you've got to either work smart AND work hard (including inventions or discoveries), or con people in some way. You can also try the lottery, but you're more likely to get struck by lightning... twice. On the same day.

It's a dvd that has a bunch of different people telling you that the secret is that you can have anything you want by using the law of attraction. The law of attraction is the big secret.
