WOW! So what does that mean for Matt Hughes? Will there be a rematch or will Hughes get the next fight?

Serra beat the hell out of GSP. Serra landed a punch that I could have sworn broke GSP's jaw. I think that Hughes will get the next crack at Serra.

I have really gotten into UFC over the last two years. It is so much more excitng than than boxing and the fights keep getting better because so many more quality athletes are getting involved.

I was shocked...SHOCKED...when I heard Serra won. I know GSP said he wasn't taking the fight loosely but he must have because no way should he have lost to Serra. Serra's a scrappy guy who can be dangerous but GSP is in a class with like 2 or 3 other guys. Anyone who can make Matt Hughes say "You kicked my ass" is no joke.

1st round knockout. Damn. GSP's my boy too, and it looks like he got manhandled. I guess he'll have to wait his turn for a rematch...

Looks like the rest of the PPV was pretty boring...a bunch of decisions and 2nd round submission.

Yeah the Sanchez/Kotschek(sp?) match actually got roundly booed because Sanchez basically just did nothing the whole time and Josh just out wrestled him and held on for the win.

the sanchez/koshchek fight was a boxing match more or less, koshcheck was a ncaa all american wrestler and they didn't even go to the ground, and I don't even think sanchez threw more than 15 - 20 punches in the entire fight

UFC 70 looks like it may end up like UFC 69, but at least it's on cable...Spike's carrying it, I guess because it's in England.

No, supposedly he beat the crap out of GSP. It wasn't even close from what I hear.
