DT Marcus Thomas.

I know this guy is a problems off the field, but if we can get him with our next pick I think we get a steal. What can people tell me about where he's projected to be drafted?

So, in other words, forget it.

Aren't we glad we gave up that 2nd rounder for Rocky McIntosh?

Re: DT Marcus Thomas.

At least Lloyd was good enough to get on the field.

I hear you though -- Rocky, Arch, Lloyd, take your pick -- all bad personnel decisions.

Re: DT Marcus Thomas.

give rocky a break. hes only been in the league one year and looks to be the starter this year, or atleast see the field much more. evaluate that trade in a year or 2

Re: DT Marcus Thomas.

arnt we glad that we traded our 3rd rounder for duckett and our 4 rounder for lloyd and out extra second for rocky wow what a great front office. Look at the eagle getting victor a good de in the second round. god think what we could do next year when were picking in the top ten again. Landry good but our dline suck and is old.

Re: DT Marcus Thomas.

We can trade our first 6th round pick with our 5th to move up into the middle of the fourth if a coveted guy falls far enough. Thanks to the Bears trade, we will still have a 6th and 7th.

I'm not saying Rocky should be kicked off the team or anything, but I think it's safe to say he wasn't worth trading this year's second round pick.

Re: DT Marcus Thomas.

Should we trade next years first for Cory Redding?

the 4th was for Lloyd, the 3rd was for Duckett...and I recall everyone thinking that was a great idea. uuuhuuum.

I hate to sound like this, because there are gems in the later rounds, but I truely doubt we are going to find anyone of value with our 5th+ round picks. How many defensive players are pro bowlers that have been drafted in the 5th round or later? (I am seriously asking)

Well, I guess Antonio Pierce comes to mind (undrafted).

Thomas would have been a first rd pick had he not gotten into trouble . He was supposed to be the Gators best defensive player last year . The DE Robison looks like he can be a pass rusher .

thats a little premature. we dont know what rocky really has yet. hopefully he wont be buried on the bench this season. there is no way to deem him being a bust...yet.
