My wife and I watch it every week. We pretty much watch all the big reality shows like Survivor, Big Brother, Amazing Race, etc. If people are talking about it, we're probably watching it.
I TiVO'd last night's episode, so don't tell me what happened! It just comes on too late for me. I have to get up at 5:30 every morning. |

I love it but I was so tired last night that I missed it and forgot to record it. I'd love to do it but I'm sure there'd be a petition signed by everyone in America and I'd not be allowed back in the counrty. Yes, I'm THAT annoying.

never been much of a fan of reality shows. the only one I watch, and I don't really see it as much of a reality show, is last comic standing. I usually stick to dramas like CSI, ER, and law and order or comedies like South Park and Simpsons as well as some of the stuff on adult swim or the anime on CN on saturdays.

The thing I like about Amazing Race is that the intensity of the situations the contestants are put in really seems to bring out the contestants' true nature. The players' reactions don't seem contrived or manipulated (either by the producers or clever editing), which seems to be the problem with some of the other reality shows I watch. I also like the fact that the show is so action-packed-- it's fast-paced, and there are so many little storylines to follow with each team. Plus, most of the contestants are just ordinary people, not the freakin' swimsuit models you see the other reality shows filling their rosters with.
