Redskins vs. Ravens, scrimmage on Aug. 4 in Baltimore

Went to the Fan Appreciation game last season @ FedEx, same game, FREE. This time it's being moved to Baltimore, and they are charging I think $10-25 a tic.....inflation?

We did however have a really good time.

We are getting closer to some REAL football.

I would not pay to go see a scrimmage. It was cool and all, but it was kinda boring and hot at FedEX. I highly doubt I will be going there this year.

It was cool when they did the VERY breif 11 on 11 with our defense against their offense when Taylor had the hit on Mike Andersen and Marcus Washington took one to the house. The place sounded like a real game. Outside of that though, it was kinda boring.

Re: Redskins vs. Ravens, scrimmage on Aug. 4 in Baltimore

I'm definitely going. I went the last two years and had a blast with some friends. Its also good for me because i met some people who live near baltimore this year and i haven't seen them all summer so I'll tell them to come too.

Now the price tag is ok because they charged two years ago when it was there. I think 15 bucks. What pisses me off though is the ranges. I liked it when it was sit down where you like. Logistically it makes it harder when trying to go in a big group. I figured it would be the 4th because the past two years it has been the first sat. of august. I stop working on the 3rd so i can go to the training camps the following week too. What i need is a traaining camp scheduled

Last year we paid too. Parking was $25 or something. Danny boy really appreciated the fans that fan appreciation day. Oh yeah, i paid for parking two years ago too at M&T. $10

oh i didn't click on the ravens link Baltimore Ravens . Good thing it is sit where ever you want in your area, club or lower level. I'll probably go for lower level. No need to pay 10 bucks more for club, though the view and the seats are probably better.

Yeah, I don't think I'm going to be out in Baltimore this year either.

Just a guess.

Re: Redskins vs. Ravens, scrimmage on Aug. 4 in Baltimore

arrrr i need a training camp schedule soon!!! I know it starts on mon 7/27. I am probably going to stop working that friday so i'll be able to make the second week of training camp. I won't have the chance to go to many games so training camp and the scrimmage is great for me to get a chance to see the team.

Re: Redskins vs. Ravens, scrimmage on Aug. 4 in Baltimore

What sucks is I was planning on bring 1 or more of my big cookers and cooking for folks for free. I'm not driving to Baltimore tho.

I'll look for another time at Redskins Park or something.

This is stupid to have REdskins' Fan Day in Baltimore.
grrrrr

SBF, i don't think it is redskins fan appreciation day this year. Last year it was when it was at Fedex but the year before, when the scrimmage was in baltimore, i am pretty sure the fan day was the friday during the first week of training camp.

Re: Redskins vs. Ravens, scrimmage on Aug. 4 in Baltimore

oh cool
I am planning on rolling into Redskins Park with 1 or 2 or maybe all 3 of my new cookers and get them rooling BBQ smoke across the practice fields till I have all the players and coaches eating out of my hand. lol

THEN I'll be the Official BBQ of the Washington Redskins!

lol
~steps away from the coffee

peace

Training camp schedule

Complete Training Camp Schedule!

F... is my first reaction

I can't make it to the 4 first weekday camps. The two on the weekend are going to be PACKED. One of which will probably be fan appreciation day. So that leaves 2 training camps where i can see what is happening.

I wish that the training camps scheduled for the weekdays started at say, 6:30 so i could make it. I can't do 5.
