He's definitely been my favorite Redskin since we drafted him.

I gotta hope that when all is said and done LaVar will be one of the best players to put on a Redskins uniform. Hopefully he will stay the once his arbitration case is over.

In one of Joe's audio clips, I sensed a bit of animosity towards the front office in LA's words. He was talking about playing for the Redskins and mentioned that the "organization was great", but then went back and reworded it to the "tradition is great". That was something that really stood out to me.

Lavar is ready to win is what I take from this and he is willing to do anything to help this team win....totally different attitude than from the previous years.

Lavar is my absolute favorite player. He is a true Redskin. The guy is team leader, and he lets his play do the talking for him. Plus, he's a smart guy and he's extremely talented. I wouldn't be surprised to see his number retired after his career is over.

LAs arbitration case is the beginning of the end for LA as a skin. If he loses he will feel jilted and cheated and likely ask for a trade. If he wins Danny will feel cheated & betrayed. Mark my words, in 2 years LA will be in another uni.

I would rather believe that if LaVar loses in arbitration (as seems very likely), he will fire and sue the Postons. Everything that has happened makes it appear he has positioned himself for this suit by getting a solid commitment from them that they were supposed to have acquired that extra bonus. With them agreeing publicly that that was, indeed, the case, they may have unwittingly set themselves up if it is proven the deal was botched by them. I get MANY more "enjoys" imagining this scenario than any other.

Levar is my modern day Monte Coleman and I hope he has just as many years as a Redskin.

Seems to me that LaVar is able to seperate the business side of the game from what happens on the field. He also seems to be pretty genuine when he says he wants to be here. I could be totally wrong of course because I'm not LaVar. I guess time will tell.
