He has to pay back all the pay he got via incentives to the Dolphins. A clause written into his contract. That equals 5 mil.

Rumor on one of the sports talk stations down here in Atlanta was that Ricky will file bankruptcy so that he doesn't have to pay the Dolphins or the NFL out of his own pocket, but if he decides to come back they will just withhold his game checks. What an absoloute loser!
