GMU all the way! I don't believe VCU is as good as their record shows. It seems that GMU shows up when it wanted to this season. I'm hoping all those late season alternating wins and losses aren't something to worry about.

VCU all the way...

I'm a Richmonder and a VCU alum. The CAA tournament has really grown over the years and now holds some pretty good teams over the last few years especially.

Last years title game was one of the most exciting games i've seen in person w/ VCU pulling it out in the final seconds. If anyone is in the area i'd recommend checking it out.

I'll pull for the underdog. Go Georgia State.

Re: CAA Tournament This Weekend....Who Wins?

Ahh, I remember the good old days when my alma mater, the Richmond Spiders, were part of the CAA. Some glorious upsets of highly ranked teams in the tourney of 64 occurred during those years.

But alas those days are gone. As far as this tourney goes, I'll just root against the two biggest Richmond rivals from those days: William & Mary and ODU.

I don't do negative ratings, don;t really see the use of them. Hey the CAA isn't big time like the ACC but its still college basketball and its still fun to watch especially when your school is the #1 seed. Go Rams. Ill be in the coliseum Sat, Sun, and Mon as long as the Rams win!

...and VCU loses to William & Mary. Better luck next time fellas. Mason wins and we get to play William & Mary! I love!

Yep, what can I say...VCU missed tons and tons of opportunities today. Ill be rooting for the Tribe. Not sure they have a shot but Im not rooting for Mason.

Why no love for my alma mater? You'd be hard pressed to find a guy nicer than Jim Larranaga in the NCAA.

Re: CAA Tournament This Weekend....Who Wins?

Have you met him? Have you met Anthony Grant? Coach of W&M? I haven't met any of them either but Im sure they are all nice guys. I just know all the GMU people loved seeing VCU get ousted so Id love nothing more than W&M winning what they never have before. Heck its there first time even playing for it.
