What I did not see was if the cops took the child away from the parents. If the system allows these parents to raise this child that would really make this even more tragic. I guess the good news in this article was at least the mother had a job.

Parents need to take a back seat and let him choose the gang that fits him the best? Perhaps MS 13 or the Bloods would be in order. This country was founded on freedom of choice, especially when it comes to gangs. Another two years and it can make an educated decision!

I have always said that if your on social progams and have another child they should cut back on what you receive. I know it when they need more money but if they knew that they would loose money then they might think twice and why should the tax payers have to support their children.
