If we were to TRADE UP, who would you shoot for?
I'm not saying we are going to trade up, we seem hell bent on giving our picks away with that Chad Johnson crap, but if we were to try to trade up, who would you target?
Seems Jake Long is taken, but Chris Long would be a great player, and even better, we could likely make a trade with the Raiders for their 5th pick and take Darren McFadden. I'm not trying to say that Portis is done, however, he is costing us the most money, and he won't be around forever, also the way Betts played is not convincing. McFadden seems to be a can't miss RB. (please note, I am not interested in trading up, just not dismissing the possibility, and opportunity for discussion)

By the way, you could also look to trade up the 2nd or 3rd picks too, not just 1st.

Are you saying that if we were to trade up, you'd like to trade up for McFadden?

Re: If we were to TRADE UP, who would you shoot for?
Recognizing that my posts are ignored by you, Jsarno, and hoping that someone will quote me and you'll see my message in their quote, you're an idiot.
Even if we traded our whole draft, we barely have enough value on the points chart to get up high enough to select a Chris Long. And the idea of trading up for McFadden when we've already got Portis locked into a long term deal is even more dumbfounding. RETARDED THREAD.

Depending on the deal, maybe.

Re: If we were to TRADE UP, who would you shoot for?
By the way, I think we should try to position ourselves to draft Chris Long, Keith Rivers, DRC, Branden Albert, Glenn Dorsey, Sedrick Ellis, and Derrick Harvey (for depth of course). THEN we'd really be sitting pretty. Not sure about McFadden, though, that there might be overkill

Oh, and by the way mods...what happened to the attacking posters rule we have here...way to go for ignoring those rules and even encouraging them.

Matty's not giving in to anything, he's The Ego around here. He clearly agrees with me that you're a retard. Put in a more PC manner, he agrees that this thread is ridiculous. You may not be dismissing the possibility, but I am, because it's impossible. And discussing it is pointless because it will never happen, and furthermore Vinny is trying to trade DOWN, not up. Discussing whether to trade up from the 2nd or 3rd rounders is fruitless until you know who has fallen down the draft board far enough to make it worthwhile. You're a waste of bandwidth.

Re: If we were to TRADE UP, who would you shoot for?
Post #7 was probably crossing the line by Schneed. But post #5? No problem with that one. He attacked your idea, not you.
And why shouldn't he? On the one hand, you're complaining on this site about the Redskins throwing away their draft picks for Chad Johnson (even though it's really just one pick in 2008, and CJ has proven to be an elite WR, and we need a WR, and we can still fill several other needs even with this trade), yet here you are suggesting we trade up for Darren McFadden (even though that would mean giving up draft picks, McFadden is unproven, and RB is so low on the need list) The thread may not be retarded, but your recommendation (especially in light of your Chad Johnson stance) is questionable, at best.

Re: If we were to TRADE UP, who would you shoot for?
Apologies to the forum for going against the forum guidelines and attacking the poster in an immature manner.
For the record, in my opinion, these forums would be better off without said poster.
