Looking For A Job in NoVA?

I'm looking for several cleared software developers (junior and/or mid level). My employer is one of the larger technology consulting firms in the area. Excellent benefits, flexible work schedule, awesome work environment, no traffic.

Must be a Skins fan.

Shoot me a PM if interested and I'll provide many more details.

Do you get a signing bonus? Club seats at Skins games?

Heh, actually we just turned away one guy who wanted an $80k signing bonus and an 8 year contract (with a buyout in the event of termination before 8 years). I'm not really involved with the financial side of things, but I would think we could convince HR to give a reasonable bonus for the right person.

We do have access to tickets for all kinds of sporting events, too.

No, not at all. We had interviewed the guy and he seemed normal at the time and were all set to have him join us. Then we heard about his demands from HR. We laughed.

He seemed normal

I wonder what his salary demands were.

I never heard what he wanted in terms of salary. But, a lot of people asking for major pay days lately.

If your good and you ask enough people who knows someone might take him up on the deal.
