Rookie of the Year picks

I've seen a lot of odd Rookie of the Year picks out there. Not Defensive - Taylor has most of them locked up, and the few other picks are at least possible (Udezi, D. Hall before the injury). On offense, I've seen Schaub listed, and he likely won't see the light of day. Even though he's the 2nd best QB on the roster, I'm sure Detmer will be the listed #2 most of the year.

My picks:

Offense: Kevin Jones, Detroit (sure to see the most snaps)
Defense: Sean Taylor

I think Roy Williams could also be a force for OROY, Kellen Winslow too.

Barring injury and assuming Taylor keeps his level to play at least equal to what we saw in the pre-season I think DROY is his.

Defense - sean tayler
offense - Larry Fitxferald for some reason this guy is coming in under the radar when he is by far the best offense rookie in the league. Plus he's playing in a system thats going to take advantage of his skills.

Offense - Kevin Jones as well. He's gonna see a ton of snaps and already looked good in Detroit.
Defense- I'd pick him even if I wasent a skins' fan, but Taylor.

yea with mccardell sitting out, galloway has been hurt the whoel time, as has tim brown. Hes going to probably start game one as the number two guy, and mabye even take over at number one.

Hes a long shot, would have to come on strong early. Expecially with Fitzgerald starting from week one.

The rookies on both the Redskins and Buccaneers will probably make immediated impacts in the game. Look for Sean Taylor to have 2 ints and Clayton to have a decent game. Smoot should match up against Galloway or Tim Brown. And Rufus Brown/ Walt Harris to get at Clayton. Shawn Springs is been moved to the Nickel to free him up to blitz. That was a key move in the Atlanta game where Springs got a sack and put a lot of pressure on Vick. Redskins 28, Buccaneers 10

I like Reggie Williams and Taylor. I would go Fitz if Bolden was on the field. But I just don't see him making that big of an impact AND being the primary, goto WR.
