Cowboys circling the drain

ESPN - Source: Dallas Cowboys' rift bigger than Terrell Owens, Tony Romo

You're exactly right. Now, people on the defensive side of the ball are now agreeing with Owens.

This is going to be the biggest game of the year, and like the last time the Giants came into town, the focus will NOT be on the game.

It's the Hard Knocks curse, I tell ya!

I miss Parcells.

Wade Phillips reminds me of The Jesus's bowling partner, Liam, in The Big Lebowski. He looks a little like him, but it's more of the attitude. Basically, I don't think either person is fit to run an NFL team.

I've heard this story before, though. I bet the roids win, much as I hate to say it. I'll be happy to be proven wrong.

Me and Liam are going to kick your ass, man. Nobody **** with the Jesus.

It's T.O..............this is what he does. NObody acan be surprised by anything like this he does? Problem is, Wade is not the guy to deal with him, or Tank, or Pacman. Jerry made a mistake bringing in these guys, and saddled Wade and Jason with FAR more than they need to deal with. Maybe Jimmy J could have handled it, but not Wade, and Co.

TO doesn't make any sense! If Witten and Romo really were meeting together and drawing up plays.................Witten would have turned around and caught that ball on that crucial 3rd down play last week in Pittsburgh!

Now, don't get me wrong. I love it! And if TO keeps this up and destroys this team like he did to Philly, I WILL BUY HIS JERSEY!!!

To be honest, this article didn't say very much. I think it is much ado about nothing. Let TO sound off on someone (or someone sound off about TO) before publishing this, I say. Believe me, I hope that they implode and in a very ugly way. This article just doesn't demonstrate that to me.

im not sure of the timeline or how long romo and witten have been "meeting" but after romo and witten were not in sync on some important plays in the steelers game i sure as hell would want my star qb and te to be talking about it and trying to get on the same page . .doesnt hurt that romo and witten are roommates on the road either.

TO just sounds like the ugly girl who hasnt invited to the cool kids sleep over. "you cant turn a T.O. into a housewife".

go skins!!

ps - as much as i love hearing aobut the boys getting their just dessert im getting alil tired of espn and others spending so much time about it. id much rather hear about some other teams and some real actual discussion and analysis about oh i dont know . .. whats happening on the gridiron? espn is making the nfl a soap opera for men, just like they boosted the red soxs to create a nat'l rivalry with the yanks.

Re: Cowboys circling the drain

Big Deal, it is all "noise" to me, meaning ESPN is starting shit by overblowing shit out of proportion to get ratings, or the egos in Dallas are flaring up again. Either way, who cares. It was a circus under Parcells too at times, they still found a way to beat us. We split with the Cowboys this season and won't see them til '09, so I am not overly concerned about how they do. I am more worried about our boys not doing much against the lowly Bengals than what is happening in Dallas. We are not playing very good football now, and that should be a Skins fan biggest concern!!!

Re: Cowboys circling the drain

Let me be sure I understand "circling the drain":

Cowboys are 9-5

Redskins are 7-7

If Cowboys are circling the drain, are the Redskins completly covered by the solid waste at the bottom of the septic tank?

Just asking...
