If it were up to Leahy Bush and Chaney would be in jail but I doubt Obama will allow him to go after them. I think someone should go to jail though, someone not too high up and not too low. I'd settle for Rove or Alberto.

The link you provided is messed up demk...correct link HERE.

Well its about time! I would love to see Rove go to prison! And Bush too! Can you imagine what Bush would do when having to face a problem on his own when there would be no book to read, no guitar to play, no teleprompter telling him what to say, no Daddy bailing him out of another jam......................it would be freakin hilarious man!

This would be a Godsend for Republicans. The Democrats spending millions to find out the CIA slapped Khalid Mohammed around a little bit. Please don't throw me in the briar patch.

If I'm correct Rove was never an elected official. Just add this to the 2trillion that Obama has spent and its a drop in the bucket.

Yes , we should put our president < former > in jail and say to the entire world " We are the new Nazi's " . ? On what grounds would he be jailed , sending our troops into Iraq , which violated the cease fire agreement to end the gulf war . What about our senators and congressman who voted YES to sending our troops ? For pouring water on some guys face who would kill every freakin American if he could ? How about hunting bin laden and his band of killers first ? I just find it sad , Bush is killing terroists and Americans get mad as hell , Clinton rolled tanks into , Waco , Texas USA and killed 81 Americans and nothing ?

That is not fear mongering. That is how the terrorists really think. Obama talking about how we will never pull out of the recession without his crap ass "stimulus" bill is fear mongering.

I was wondering if anyone was going to bring up the fact that Obama is doing what all the left said that Bush did with fear mongering.

Yeah dmek, I think that the economy is in shambles. I also think that the so called rich people who drive this economy will hold onto their money and not be so eager to invest in the stock market, and "spread the wealth". Since Obama has taken the oath of office, have you noticed how the markets have reacted? This is by no means a coincidence. The true movers of this economy will hold onto their money, and ride-out Obama's term while we all suffer.

I'm still waiting for the people who said that "yes we can" fix it. All we have done is elect a black president, big deal, move on. I'm ready for some results, and not a bunch of rhetoric. I think we got enough of that during the campaign.

How disappointing, I expect more from you and this is what you give me? You're really gonna play it like that? Your game needs to make major improvements if you want to play ball on this court.

Anything that puts Patrick Leahy front and center is a freaking Godsend. Please investigate fully.

Good morning . Yes i was serious , what law<s> did Bush break ? Did the Intel . reports indicate WMD's , did the UN sec. council also conclude Iraq still had a WMD program ? I did not blame Clinton for anything ? How did you get me using fear mongering ? President Clinton / J. Reno rolled tanks into Waco Texas and used them to kill 81 Americans , were they read there miranda rights , were they put on trail and found guilty by a jury of there peers ? You have provided no evidence of the Bush Admin. breaking any laws . Go to youtube.com / Dems / WMD's or Clinton/ Gore WMD's , Iraq used WMD's to kill Iraq's and Iranians .
