The Washington Redskins Draft: Andre Smith, Michael Oher tied - DC Pro Sports Report

Quote:
Massive update to the NFL Mock Draft Database today, adding 3 mocks and updating 45 others. Since we had such a massive update and so many mock drafts were updated in the last 4 days, we also updated our Consensus picks. The Munched consensus picks are based on the mock drafts updated in the month of April. So how many is that? We Munched together 102 Mock Drafts to come up with our consensus choice and the leader for the Redskins at #13.

A. Smith will almost certainly be gone by 13...probably in the top 10. Oher is projected as falling now in the draft so he'll be there for us probably. If the FO likes him he'll be on the roster come opening day. We'll see...

Seattle is going to determine how the frontend of the draft goes. If they get an OT, QB, or a WR, it's going to greatly affect how the Jags pick, which in turn will affects our options.

Does the front office like Oher. I could have sworn JLC saying they were impressed with him.

Yeah I've heard SS say our FO likes the kid. Cool...but I get the feeling we're holding our cards very close to our chest this year.

I definitely think at least one will be available at 13, please let the FO get either one.

BJ Raji > Trade Down > OT > LB. Not saying OT isn't a need or the guys available aren't great. The chance Raji makes it to us is somewhere between slim and none, but there's a glimmer of hope!

I agree, as long as any trade down is a GOOD trade arrangement, and the one area that I agree about the FO, is we tend to give more then we get in most trade scenarios.

No I think thats just the fear that we're going to take another skilled player.

My fear is that we take another bad player at a skill position. I wouldn't mind a rb or wr after the 4th round.
