Most Likely First Round Bust
Since we're guesstimating good drafts, I thought guesstimating disasters was appropriate.
I'm going with Heyward-Bey. If he is deemed too easy of a target, I would substitute Vontae Davis.

Re: Most Likely First Round Bust
I think both Macklin and Heyward-Bey don't have it. MOst rookie WRs suck to begin with but H-B was a serious reach and drops more passes than Byalon and Macklin played the slot in college. Essentially he never run real pro routes. I also don't think Macklin even if he projects out right is what they need. They have a speed guy. They need a guy who can go and get balls for TDs. Not more homerun hitters.

Re: Most Likely First Round Bust
I just have a feeling Brian Cushing has bust written all over him.
Heyward-Bey could be a pretty good NFL WR I think, but the fact that he landed in Oakland and was picked at least 10 spots higher than projected definitely increases his chances for bust status.

Percy Harvin. Hard for me to say as a semi-Gators fan (I was born into it) but I just think the kid has bust written all over him. He's like a Duke basketball player, does great in college. Becomes a drug addict with no career in the pros.

Re: Most Likely First Round Bust
Have to go with Stafford, just for the simple fact on who drafted him and the fact that I don't think he is ready for the NFL. He has the tools, but he got drafted by a crap team. Doesn't matter though, he will collect his $41 million just the same.

Re: Most Likely First Round Bust
A bunch of the first round receivers send my bustometer 3000 chirping, but Heyward-Bey is the next Mike Mamula, right down to the spot he was picked at (which would make Crabtree the next Warren Sapp).

Re: Most Likely First Round Bust
Hopefully its Maclin that would suck if he started tearing it up.. I personally think Stafford is a joke so damn overrated its ridiculous. Say all you want about is monster arm and his mechanics. Ive seen this kid play in college since he was younger and less hyped he is okay. Definetly the prize QB of the draft since there were no great QBs at all in this draft except Sanchez who is overhyped just the same. But yep let him collect his cool 41 million and be average. Heyward Bey definetely a reach why would you pass on a talent like Crabtree. Tyson Jackson is good I think but 3rd overall??? Also Josh Freeman yea he is big, and big arm but is terribly inconsistent and makes bad decisions. And Ruh said it best Andre Smith in the Bengals locker room thats a laugh. The kid is dumb as bricks and has a bad work ethic lets put him with the team that is all about bad decisions. So glad we got Orakpo though out of all the others
