Sell Me on a Video Game
I just got a 50 dollar gift cert to gamestop. I really haven't bought a game in a while(last ones were fifa and madden 09). I don't want madden 2010, and I want a game with good xbox live, so I can keep playing after I finish the one player.
Do you know any big titles on xbox or should I just get two greatest hits? If so which two? Thanks guys.

Scratch the Xbox live part and get Fallout 3. Plenty of hours of gameplay plus downloadable content. The game is amazing.

Red Faction: Guerrilla for 360. I've been playing the demo for three weeks. Fully destructible environments, bad ass multiplayer. It's going to be a pretty sweet game. It's out June 2nd.

Re: Sell Me on a Video Game
NHL 09. Easily one of the best sports games ever. It still has a few kinks to work out and theres a few cheap exploits that people still find a way to work towards their advantage but it's about the same as FIFA (I know you've encountered the Man U abusers who try and kick a goal from midfield on the kickoff). Still I haven't had as much fun playing a sports game as I have playing NHL 09. There is a bit of a learning curve but it's awesome once you get past it. The crazy thing is NHL 10 seems like it's going to be even better.

Re: Sell Me on a Video Game
Fallout 3 is the best game I've ever played, and I've played a lot of them. It's the kind of game you can play for months (years really) or just plow through and beat in a few hours. Plus it's set in DC which is pretty awesome, and comes with the most compelling, believably populated virtual world I've ever experienced. If you haven't played it and you are looking for a game this is the one you want.
I'm playing Orange Box now and it sucks. I had never played Half-Life before, but it has gotta be the most overrated game of all time. Really disappointing. |

If you want a real multiplayer environment -- go with a PC game. Xbox live is terribad.

Xbox live is great actually. I cant think of any games to suggest but never start playing Final Fantasy Online or Wow.
