Giants/Browns game last weekend
I had the misforutne to be in a part of the world where the Giants/Browns game was the only one on TV at 1:00PM EST. What a horrid game!!
The Cleveland Browns could not get out of their own way; they could not run inside or outside; they had less than 90 yards of offense in the first half and less than 25 yards of offense in the first quarter. Neither of their safeties could cover a snowman. If they find a pass rush, it will be on some film of their 1965 team. If you are in a survival pool, ALWAYS look to see who the Browns are playing. If they are up against a good team, bet against the Browns. Only SF is worse at this point.

You're taking credit away from the Giants. I mean, they did bitch slap us last week. We can all say we gave them that game but the fact of the matter is they took us to school and came away with 7 turnovers.

The Browns have been pretty banged up, and were missing seven starters against the Giants. Now they've lost starting linebacker Ben Taylor for the season. Things just haven't been going well for them, and it doesn't look like it's going to get much better any time soon. I'll be at the Skins-Browns game in Cleveland on Sunday, so I'm hoping the Skins take advantage of the Browns' injuries, but those Browns fans aren't going to be much fun to be around if the Browns get trounced on their home turf. I'll be wearing my Redskins hardhat, just in case!

yeah, we played very well... for the other team
browns lost KWII to a ST induced injury, one less receiving threat, and 7-8 more of their starters, some gone for the season by week 2, how sad... i'm crying right now... really... |

The Giants didn't beat the Skins, the Skins handed them that game on a silver platter.

As long as they don't take it lightly (which I don't think they will after this loss), having Cleveland next week, as banged up as they are, should be a good opportunity to win and get their confidence back...
