Re: Manny Acta Fired
Acta was on borrowed time as it was being a Bowden hire after they disgraced Frank Robinson. It's a shame because Acta is a great coach for the younger guys. But it is what it is. Now the Nats can slowly sink into an oblivion while trying to figure out what to do next. Like why hasn't Nick Johnson been shipped out yet?

Re: Manny Acta Fired
Am I mistaken or was Acta demoted before?

Re: Manny Acta Fired
Yeah, sort of like with the Bullets last year. It wasn't Eddie Jordan's fault he had no one (healthy) to work with.
This team won't improve either with a coaching change.

Re: Manny Acta Fired
Eddie's friendly attitude with the media was betrayed by the dislike that most of the team had for him for some reason.
