Re: Buehrle completes perfect game to throttle Rays
That was a great game to watch. The Rays are a good hitting team, for Buehrle to throw a perfect game against them (and his 2nd no-hitter) was impressive. But Wise's catch in the 9th was huge!

Re: Buehrle completes perfect game to throttle Rays
Wise's catch was awesome, and he was an inch away from dropping it. I was watching ESPNews last night as I flipped back and forth to the Nats game during the rain delay (MASN shows ESPNews) and Buster Olney said the umpire would have ruled it a hit had Wise dropped it. That would have been heartbreaking, but good for Buehrle.

Re: Buehrle completes perfect game to throttle Rays
He threw 5 2/3 innings of perfect ball today before giving up a full count walk. That's an impressive follow-up....then he started to get rocked
