Re: Redskins Training Camp Battles: LB
Ficher is almost a lock. special team standout and upcoming backup. Also i have Cody Glen or Robert Henson over Thomas.

I picked Thomas because in an emergency you need to have an experienced player to throw in the fire.

Re: Redskins Training Camp Battles: LB
LB is one place we have some play this year. Most everything else is pretty set. It is going to come down to who can provide the best special teams play for the final spots. Plain and simple.

Anyone who has been to camp practices --- any recognition of Robert Henson? I had high hopes for him when we drafted him.

Re: Redskins Training Camp Battles: LB
Do you really think we cut BOTH LBs we spent draft picks on?

6th round and 7th round pick, practice squad would be resonable for them.

Fletcher, McIntosh, Orakpo (he counts as either a DE or OLB), Blades, Henson, Fincher, Thomas.
Glenn doesn't make it, or gets put on the practice squad |

Re: Redskins Training Camp Battles: LB
Orakpo will be interesting because now that he will considered a LB it will really put a clamp on the positions. Jarmon's addition to the team will also put the pressure on some of the older guys to make this team. I would have thought that someone like a Chris Wilson was going to be on this team and be a good contributor, but my guess is that he will be cut and be on another team that will produce. I bet he will go to the eagles because the eagles take our defensive players and then turn them against us.
