Sounds like something Pelosi (another D from CA) also did.

EXCLUSIVE: Pelosi paid husband with PAC funds - Washington Times

These things are usually passed over by the media and they're never punished thanks to that D behind their name though.

Thats old news for some but most have never heard about this because the news does not report on this stuff until its all over the place and they have no choice to report on it. Then the left comes out and says stuff like see they are not bias and point to their reporting of somethng that is old news and they could no longer ignore.

Unfortunately, this is part of politics. It happens every single day on both sides of the aisle. Politics really is a help yourself first game now days. I'm fairly disenfranchised with the whole mess myself.

Oh come on how many threads have been started about people on the right getting caught doing stuff and you guys never seem to have a problem with those. Now some of the most powerful people in Washington are taking my F*&%&^ tax money to prop up their husbands business and we should not be pi$$ed. At least Sanford was not ripping off the tax payers and to be honest its a SC governer a state which I don't live so it not my problem. Its funny how the left screamed Haliburton (sp) day after day but now these things are OK. I don't give a crap what party they are with if your ripping off the tax payers you should pay the price.

As far as Rangel , he should be removed from commitee , he has repeatedly cheated on taxes , his commitee writes our tax codes . No one said he should be removed from congress . D. Fienstien , used 25 BILLION tax payer dollars , her husband stands to make over 100 million .... off of people having thier holmes forclosed . This got zero coverage by the media , the So Car. Gov got a lot of attention . He should have the Voters in his state to decide if he stays < Gov. > . Post some links to Reb's cheating on taxes , and putting millions in their own pockets and I will send emails to my Senator to voice me anger .How much swamp land do you have left ?

Remember C. Rangel was in favor of congress keeping income taxes at 70 % and Cap gains at 39 % .
