its too late for our offense to get even decent this season. and expect Gregg Williams, the best part of this season's team, to leave for a head coaching job next year as well. yay. go skins.

I cant see how we are any better for the next 3-5 years, with the salary cap. We are stuck, thanks Dan

Do not even try to blame this on Dan Snyder. THats all I'm gonna say, he gave us everythign we asked for and we still suck, oh well. I dont think Williams will leave for a head coaching job... yet.

He gave who everything who asked for? Who asked for Chad Morton and Reynaldo Wynn? And do you really think players like that would have been added without Snyder calling the shots? Why do people love to defend him so much. Him going out and signing all of these mediocre players to rediculous contracts is why this team is terrible, teams need to develop and have character, you cant just buy championships, especially in the nfl. im done for now

Wynn has been solid on the D, not spectacular, was brought in to help out against the run and is much less of a bust than Stubblefield and Wilkinson farce John Kent gave us. And given our problems on KR who wouldn't have gone after Morten as a RFA. With the Jets he ws one of the most electrifying ST players.

Hindsight is always 20-20.

brunell is the only really really bad contract right now, though our DEs make too much too...

hopefully williams sticks around, gibbs turns it around, and hands it off when he retires... williams doesn't mind it here that much, cause he makes more money than when he was a head coach, and there's a lot less pressure and hassle being a coordinator, which eh said he appreciates i believe...

Hindsight is 20-20 i guess, but not when Ive been saying it all a long. Why do people think one person can change the return game? You get any fast athlete who can hold onto the ball, he can be Dante Hall, if the rest of your coverage is in sync

Gregg Williams is getting paid more than many head coaches, plus I don't think he'll be rushing off to another HC job after being only a year away from his job at Buffalo. So we should have him at least for a couple years.
As for the offense, there are about 80 other threads about that...

Morton and Wynn are not the ones that supposedly will be killing the cap (even though I'll believe that when I see it). Brunell should not have gotten the long contract, but Joe Gibbs wanted him, so Danny opened the checkbook and got the deal done. Who would have guessed that he would be so bad....and that Warner and Testeverde would be doing so well....

It was only a matter of time before some blame came Snyder's way. LOL
