"Well I guess we can used to these grind it out victories against okay oppenents. But a wins a win I guess I have come to expect it. Another season it looks of mediocre football from the Skins. Here are my up's and downs from today." The Trevor Haupt Blog

Re: Week 4 Thoughts
Skins still can't score enough points to win alot of games this year. If we played anyone else today we would have lost easily...
Dallas isn't much better than us, and the Giants are clearly the best team in this division.

Re: Week 4 Thoughts
As a Redskins fan since 1972 , I have seen the ups and downs of this franchise. I have watched every Super Bowl that we have ever played in. I've look forward during football season to watch our team play every Sunday no matter what our record is. Today I just wanted our team to win no matter how ugly, just win baby. The Redskins played through adversity today when they could have given up, but instead they pulled together as a team. No it wasn't a blow out but it was a win and a win is much better than a lose. after the Lions game I realized that we are not very good right now so I lowered my expectations of this team. I don't predict wins but no matter what I will continue to watch my team play and hope for the best. If we win than it makes it all that much sweeter. Most expects and fans have already written our team off this season any ways but its the blog here where the real fans will show up and still support our team ( Redskins). They say your true character comes out when things aren't going so well. Well now lets see what are teams true character is and also Redskins fans. Maybe all the Redskins fans should lower your expectations on this team which may allow you to watch this season. It may get ugly when we face better teams but this way I can sit back and see what needs to be fixed to help our team for next season. HTTR
