Any news on Capt. Chaos?
Cooley was supposed to go in on Monday for another review. I haven't seen anything saying what they found. Anyone hear/know anything?

I agree with warpaint; we would only wear Cooley out more because Campbell would use him often (Cooley is the security blanket for Campbell).. We need to see what Davis can do, after all he's 2nd rounder.. We need to use him more.. That goes for all for our young players, as well..

if Davis really steps up, why not trade Cooley? you would think he would have some value. and aren't we at the point of blowing this whole thing up?

we need to SHOW what fred davis can do so we can try to trade him, with cooley and yoder he serves us no real purpose, in my mind cooley or davis is gonna be gone and i'd rather keep cooley

So any way back to the point of this thread, there was an update yesterday from Zorn saying he needs to keep the protective boot on for another 1-2 weeks. No other details were given.

Yeah I think the biggest thing is Cooley should not be rushed back into action by any means. The experience Davis is getting through this should make us a better team in the long run, whether we keep both studs and actually make 2 TE sets a real threat or trade one of them.
