First game on turf
With the exception of one we cant afford any one hurt. This could suck. bench every body.

I know turf can be nasty but I don't think its that bad. . . .didn't jansen, morton, lavar and the rest of the wounded get hurt on grass???

Detroit's field is that new grass-turf. Most players say they prefer playing on that than even natural grass.

Who still has real turf in the NFL today? I think the Colts and Rams are the only teams that havent switched to "Gurf"(grass-turf). I wouldnt be suprised to see them switch if they stay in Indianapolis.
Speaking from slim experiance in high school, playing on the Gurf hurts a hell of alot less than turf. Turf kills. |

Giants stadium went back to turf this year or last (the new kind), so it wasn't the first game on it...
A lot of stadiums have it where it is a combo of the newer "gurf", but with real grass growing through it.....I remember reading something a while back about the Ravens, Bengals, and others having it... |
