NFC East Action today....

We might gain a much needed game on everyone in the Division today. Dallas got smacked today, as did Philedalphia. Right now on FOX the Giants are losing to the Bears 20-14.

Just want to know everyone thoughts on todays action outside of the Redskins game, and how you like our chances....

This has to be the best week for us division wise and overall this season. What I see happening is the turn of the tables. The Giants are turning the ball over in the same way we did the second week and it only goes to show you how inconsistent they really are. The NFC is up for grabs and we just have to keep punishing players on the defense and we could be the show stoppers in the next five weeks. The Giants just fumbled again. Giants fans better not tell me shit about how we played in week 2. At least the Giants didn't score on us after every turnover. There was talk that they were the second best team in the NFC. Please, not after today. Here comes the Redskins out of the darkness of the bottom.

THis is by far the best week. Now that I'm thinking of it, I'm cheering for the 49ers and Patriots as well. The NFC is really weak right now, and while were way on the outside looking in, and we have a tough schedule, Its still nice to have somthing to lay some hope on....

Even if Brunell is our QB

Yeah, I get excited watching the defense play rather than the offense. Fred Smoot has been my favorite since he became a Redskin. This defense can only get better with respect to more sacks and turnovers in the crucial times of the game. That last Detriot possession was a little scary. One timeout and Detroit has a chance to go in the endzone.

We need to win next week if we want to even start dreaming of playoff aspirations...

CONGRADULATIONS REDSKINS FANS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!

Looks like we'll be the only team to win in our division this week. It could be a sign for the times. Let's get ready to go 4-5. Where's Terrell Owens?

If we can get to 5-5, then I'll start thinking about the playoff's again.

The Giants just got stopped in the redzone, Bears up by 14 with 4 minutes to go, looks like the entire East is going to lose today except for the Skins

Hey, I jinxed the Giants.......I said I hoped that they return their fumbling/bumblin ways......and they did ............. See Redskin Rat God answers prayer.

Now to the somber stuff, even though everyone in our division LOST, the Redskin schedule gets tougher.......I still don't think we make the playoffs. The division leaders will be: Philly-NFC East, Atlanta-NFC South, Minny-NFC-North, West-Seattle....With Green Bay, St. Louis being wildcards. Redskins will have to wait another year unfortunately.

My thoughts exactly. 5-5 means we beat Cincy and Philly (at Philly). Then and only then will I consider playoffs.

For now, I can only hear Jim Mora's "PLAYOFFS!"

I think our defense is going to pose something of a problem for Philly, we just need to get our offense going by then. We have arguably the best cornerback tandem in the NFL and we have the most physically gifted free safety in the NFL.

I think the Eagles defense is good, but I'll definitely write an article about what I think the woes for the Eagles are.

Great week, couldn't ask for much more. As for the playoffs, let's just take it one game at a time. Don't look past cincy! Let's just get better from week to week.

I agree, let's take it one game at a time.

But just a brief peek ahead though, the Skins schedule sets up for them to have their destiny in their own hands with 4 division games left.

But let's start by owning the Bengals at home this weekend.
