A win is a win. Period. Why do we have to win 'convincingly'. Two or three teams that have beaten us this year haven't beaten us 'convincingly'?! Sure our offense sucks right now. And INDs MINs and KCs defense sucks. Do they win convincingly? Score 41 give up 38. Hmmm. Maybe this league and/or the fans glorify offense only. When we were running the Fun 'n' Gun all was good until teams started blitzing and playing defense. These experts make me sick. They don't really represent the diehard fans. Most of these guys are beat writers who got hired through Monster.com and don't write on teams they particularly care for.

I don't think any team this year beat us "convincingly". Not even one team. Which makes this year even more frustrating. We're good enough to be 5-3 or better, but unfortunately were also "bad enough" at the same time to be 3-5.

chill boss... lol, he's just saying that we have the talent to close people out, and it sucks to barely be able to beat the complete trash teams... if you think putting up 17 on the lions (30th in defense) gives us any hope of beating the steelers (2nd in D)... yikes.

Yeah I think the point is we should have smoked a team like the Lions. That game shouldn't have been that close.

Exactly
The is no reason, with the talent and coaching we have, that we should be just squeaking by teams like the Lions and Bears. I've been a Redskin fan too long, not to realize that keeping teams in the game until the end will come back to bite you alot of the time.
