Could we be overlooking William Robinson as our next RT
I just finished watching our most embarrassing game. The Giants Redskins game at FED-EX. The infamous Open Gate Game. What I did not remember was that William Robinson cam in late in the second quarter and played RT. He was not only solid, but handled Justin tuck and was dominating on running plays. In fact, they were running to his side and doing well. It got me thinking that he may be in the running for RT. the reason that i bring this up, is because in all the discussions here, I don't think he is ever mentioned.

Unfortunately, I don't think we can afford to overlook anyone as our next RT.
I don't even know if Will Robinson is still on the team.

Really don't remember the guy he's young so youth is a good think for the OL. Looked on the website we have 15 OL players listed, hopefully there will be some good competition come camp. IMO Capers will eventually be our RT for years to come.

Hey man, I could not stand nothing to talk about. At least we have something different to talk about. I did the same thing with Anthony Mix.

Re: Could we be overlooking William Robinson as our next RT
After watching Shanahan's 1st SB season on NFL Network the other day I came to realize Shanahan will play anyone.
Unlike Snyderatto, Shanahan doesn't care where or if you were drafted at all...if you can produce he will play you. If you can not you are gone. Example: Rookie 6th round pick Terrell Davis entered preseason as the sixth string tailback and was a long shot to make the Broncos. He managed to impress the Broncos coaching staff after his second pre-season game. Davis kept improving with each pre-season game and Sahnny kept playing him more. Davis ended up the season opening starter at running back. Rookie Davis started 14 games during the 1995 season, carrying the ball 237 times, averaging 4.7 yards per run, and scoring eight touchdowns. Davis finished his season with a total of 1,117 rushing yards, becoming the lowest drafted player to ever gain over 1,000 yards rushing in his rookie season. |

Re: Could we be overlooking William Robinson as our next RT
Yeah, I watched him lay on the ground like a big fat ass, out of shape pancake, crying about something. His ass needs to get in shape. Hopefully, he comes to camp in shape. I was watching Reggie White and the only guy that reminds me of him is AH. Maybe, he loses 20 pounds and comes to camp as a fit DE.

Yeah, that's what I meant. He's got a pretty good first line for that NFL resume already. Not all of us can say that.
