heard him on the junkies last week promoting it, sounds awesome. it's gotta be the funniest thing in the world to see him and golston riding bikes around ashburn.
i wish there were moire players out there that did things like this you really don't hear enough about it

yeah, saw him on redskins nation or something like that last week. his arms are freakin huge, i was surprised he wasnt a fatter guy.
seemed like a real nice guy, he was promoting his bike/run thing from the reston ice rink to where? the captiol or something. sounded like it was pretty far but i also think there will be legs (haha) to it so you you dont have to do the entire thing but can pick what leg you want to bike or run. man its gonna b hot. it was nice to hear him talk, get to know lorenzo alil bit more. its always cool when you hear some of the other guys talk besides d hall, daniels, fletcher, cooley, portis.
