Umm, Dallas is currently shopping Dez Bryant?

Man, I just had some rabid Cowboy fan at work tell me that Dez is on the trading block. I thought he was smoking something, that's until I googled it. There's no way there's any validity to these rumors is it? If so, what do you think he's worth? I'd part with a first round pick for Dez in a heart beat. He's the total complete package. Despite his "character" issues.

Let's get this straight. If Dallas is putting him on the block after one year u r willing to give up a first for this douchebag because he has talent?

U must be the ghost of Vinny Cerrato.

Oh hell yes I am. LT was a douche bag, however that didn't stop the giants from winning 2 Superbowls with him there. Character is overated.

I'd say we give up a 1st this year and 1st and 3rd next year for him. And then switch picks in the 5th round.

Unless you guys missed it lemme remind you of one or two minor facts.

Until the new CBA is signed, teams cannot trade players. They can trade draft picks, but not players. And if the new CBA is signed after the draft, then there is not going to be trading draft picks for active players.

Second, another poster is right. This discussed in another thread. But the Cowboys have already stated that any rumors concerning trading Bryant are completely false.

Dallas is out of the playoffs and want to be in the news. This is the only way they know how.

Bogus story

The rumors are false, but while we are at it we can just offer Orakpo, and our 1st round picks for the next 3 years to bring him in. That would be even more outragous then your comment.

I win.
