Polamalu is the DPOY

I thought Matthews should have won myself

Actually gotta roll number 1: Matthews, then Polamalu and D. Hall a distant 3rd

Re: Polamalu is the DPOY

Sometimes awards like this are given in part on a past merit basis. I don't think Polamalu has ever won one right? Kinda reminds me of the 88 nba season I think, Magic got MVP, but everyone knew that Jordan was already the best. Magic got it after a great year, but also due to his past accomplishments.

I'm not saying TP didn't deserve it though, just saying his career to date has been exceptional & that might have something to do w/him getting it.

Hall even at a distant 3rd? seriously?

The only cb that I can think of that had a DPOY type season is Charles Tillman. Revis was great but missed some games & was slowed a bit in others by his injury.

Yeah, I think you gotta roll with D. Hall considering all the luck involved.

I wonder if D Hall even cracked the Top 10 here. He surely would not have been on my ballot.

Matthews should have won, Troy 2nd, Woodson and Reed tied 3rd.

Polamalu, Matthews, Harrison, Peppers, Urlacher, Reed, Ngata. No one else got any votes

No votes for Tramon Williams? I'm surprised.

Also surprised Revis didn't get any votes.

I don't think either of those guys should have won, but I would have expected them to get a vote or two...

Me too! I would've gone with Clay Matthews.
