De Smith Asks Goodell To Run Away to Florida With Him
and speak at the NFL Rookie Symposium.
May just be symbolic, but it's a good step in the right direction Roger Goodell agrees to speak at NFLPA's rookie symposium - NFL - SI.com

I knew it...the way those two have been stealing glances at each other, you knew that something was up between them. I'm glad that they've finally eloped.

Shouldn't this go in the gay marriage thread?

Re: De Smith Asks Goodell To Run Away to Florida With Him
Well I'm starting to not blame the owners for not wanting to open the books. NBA Owners opened their books to show a ridiculous 22 of 30 teams loosing money and all the NBA players can say is "they're lying."
Players Association disputes NBA's claims of broad losses - ESPN Quote:
Congrads owners. I now understand your position.

The NBA situation is going to make the NFL dispute look so small...but that's for another thread

Re: De Smith Asks Goodell To Run Away to Florida With Him
They can take all the time they need . A missed season guarantees another high draft pick for the Wizards. Not that they're exactly a threat to make the playoffs but they're certainly in line for a major improvement, but yeah another thread.
